Navigating home viewings through a pandemic, the nerves of buying our first home, and the competitive real estate market in the Hamilton area made it tough for us to find a home. Frank never pressured us to settle for somewhere too soon, always made sure we got viewings as soon as possible and we knew we could trust him to understand what we really wanted. Funny enough, after seeing homes over the course of about 6 months we ended up buying our home virtually while we were on vacation! Haha we were browsing listings while away and asked Frank if we could book a showing but soon found out the offers were going in that evening. Frank immediately went to the home which was not close by, called us on FaceTime and took us on a thorough tour that made us fall in love with the home. If we didn’t trust Frank as much as we did we never would have felt comfortable leaving the true in-person judgement to him on our first home.
